What kind of a company would we be if we didn't live up to our promise and commitment to you as a valued customer? We want to sell and deliver products that allow you to Worry Less and Live More!
Therefore, our return policy is really pretty simple and Swag-Like! In most cases if you don't absolutely love your new My Cool Swag Product, send it back for an exchange, store credit or full refund within 365 days of ordering by using our free, prepaid return shipping labels. We've done our best to make this as easy and stress free as possible!

Step 3 - Ship your product back to us using our prepaid return labels.
Step 4 - Allow us to receive and process your return/refund or exchange.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received. Please allow 5-10 days for any refunds to be processed back into your selected payment account.

Please Note - International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. There will be a small shipping fee for international orders. We will work with our international customers on a case by case basis to solve their particular issues.
Items Purchased At Discount or On Sale:
Orders placed using a discount code or on sale are only eligible for the amount actually paid to purchase the item.
Customers generally have 365 days from placing the order to return an item, however in some instances the return time is limited to 60 days depending upon the circumstances surrounding the return. Returns postmarked after those respective time periods will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Pre-Paid Return Shipping Labels:
Pre-Paid return shipping labels can only be used once per product. Limit one pre-paid shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for.
Pieces must be sent back in the original mailer or a package of equal weight. Any postage due incurred from an improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will happily exchange your item for an equal or lesser value item.
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
All gift cards and store credits are non refundable and non transferable.
Lost / Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customer's responsibility. My Cool Swag will not reimburse additional charges.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported to customer service (email@example.com) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.
Items purchased from mycoolswag.com are warrantied for 3 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site.
If you return over $500 in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
